Awareness with Human Action KIRDO has successfully completed project to promote peace,religious harmony, and social cohesion in Gilgit Baltistan Pakistan. The overall objective of the initiative was to promote the culture of equality and non-discrimination through awareness in values of tolerance, respect, interculturality, equality, solidarity and cooperation.

KIRDO is working on promoting peace in Pakistan since 2020 when the hate speech, conflict and violence dramatically increased due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As part of the initiative to address this issue, KIRDO has initiated a project to give trainings to youth from different religious and cultural backgrounds to encourage the cultural of dialogue

KIRDO was actively engaged to support the people affected by the devastating floods in summer of 2022 in the country. Hundreds of thousands of people lost their homes, livestock and farm lands, and millions of people became homeless. Pakistan is one of the most vulnerable countries when it comes to climate change and global warming.

This project aims to raise awareness about the benefits of vegan and plant-based diets in Pakistan, focusing on awareness-raising activities. By conducting targeted awareness campaigns, the project seeks to inform and educate the public about the advantages of adopting plant-based diets for environmental sustainability and personal health.

Climate change is an alarming issue that requires immediate attention. With the increasing global temperature, Pakistan is not only facing environmental challenges but also a threat to peace and security.  Pakistan is one of the countries that have been severely impacted by the adverse effects of climate change. The situation is all the more evident
